Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

SECTION 4 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 5 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS

Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.

 

  1. The customer should apply for all necessary gate passes, working permits, and other permits needed for the date of delivery. Incomplete paper works and permits will be cancelled and rescheduled. Reschedule fee will apply.
  2. Kindly check the condition of the products before signing the delivery receipt and before letting the delivery team leave, the customer shall ensure that either he/she or a valid representative will receive and check the products. Damaged products should be pointed out immediately to the delivery team for replacement. In failure to do so, assures that the items are in good condition and will not be subject for any replacement. Reported damage after 48 hours will be invalid and will not be subject for replacement as the boxes may have been mishandled at the site and is not the shop’s liability.
  3. For installation, the customer shall be responsible in ensuring that the ceilings are fit for installations. Gypsum boards without support are not fit for fixture installation. The customer should determine beforehand where he/she wants to have the product installed and should have the electrical wiring ready for installation. Sites that are not ready for installation will be CANCELLED and RESCHEDULED. Reschedule fee will apply.
  4. For un-assembled products (picked up or delivered), kindly check all parts before signing receipt documents to ensure parts are complete.
  5. In case the customer is not available to receive the delivery, another delivery will be scheduled with a corresponding delivery fee.

Limited Warranty

Homequarters warrants all of its products that they are to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of Six (6) Months from the date of shipment, unless otherwise stated below.

Limited Warranty does not apply if:

  • The original bill of sale, delivery date, or product number cannot be verified

The parts claimed to be defective are not returned for inspection.

  • The product is not in possession of the original end use purchaser.
  • Warranty does not apply: (i) used in Commercial Applications or 24 hour use (ii) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended (iii) damaged by abuse, misuse, accident, modifications, alterations, neglect or mishandling (iv) improperly installed, stored, maintained, or operated.
  • Additionally this warranty does not cover scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, chemicals or abrasive cleaning techniques.
  • With regard to outdoor lighting products, such products will weather over time, adding to their character and modifying their appearance. Differences in grain, character and color, and product weathering are naturally occurring variations and not within our control nor considered defects under this limited warranty.

Order

Upon placing of order, you must be SURE of the item you are ordering. A change of your mind when the order arrives or is placed with our partners overseas, does not entitle you a refund or exchange.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

POLICY AS PER DTI #7394

Prohibition of the “No return No Exchange” policy DOES NOT APPLY if the product you bought is in perfect condition nor has no defect.

UNDER THE IRRA 7394 – THE CONSUMER ACT OF THE PHILIPINES:

  • A change of Mind on your part does not entitle you to refund or exchange.
  • Only defective product bought from this store can be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned product with or without official receipt shall no longer be accepted 7 days after the purchase.
  • Exchange in accordance to the above act will only be accepted with the proof of purchase and payment.

Cancellation of orders when it arrives at the shop, has a down payment or fully paid, will not be no longer be refunded.

Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, we can no longer offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error – 100% of final paid price will be charged.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery – 50% of final paid price will be charged.
  • If the item has been opened, tampered, or installed already – 50% of final paid price will be charged.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refund will be made to the same method of payment as the original payment.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded, However, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at homequartersph@gmail.com and send your item to:  #165 Granada St. Quezon City.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to:  #165 Granada St. Quezon City

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
