Why are the items for Pre-Order?

We believe in sustainability and creating 0% waste. To avoid overproduction and reduce carbon emissions, we offer Shop On-Demand.

How do I place my order on your website?

Simply click “Add to Quote” on each product listing and proceed like a usual checkout. A dedicated Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you for the quotation and will ensure things will be smooth until delivery.

When can I expect the Quotation to be sent?

We will be emailing you the quotation within 1-2 days.

Can I request for some products to be customized?

Yes! This is the beauty of a custom order. On each product listing, we have provided possible customizations as variant drop-down menus. In case you didn’t find your preferred option, contact us at support@homequartersinc.com and we will check if we can make it happen for you!

What are your payment options?

We accept the following:

  • Cash
  • Bank Deposit via BDO and BPI
  • Paypal
  • GCash
  • Cheque Payments (please allow the cheque to get clearance before we can deliver your order)
    • Account details will be provided by our Customer Representative once everything is finalized in your order.
How soon can I get my order?

Give us 20-30 working days lead time and your order will be available.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

We also offer express shipping, your order will arrive as early as 7-10 working days. If your orders arrive earlier, we will notify you.

What are delivery options?

Central Metro Manila (excluding Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Novaliches, Antipolo, and Marikina): The delivery charge is P800. For small items, we can arrange Lalamove / Grab delivery to reduce the shipping cost. You may also opt to pick up your orders upon arrival or book your own rider.

Provincial: We have our partner courier to ship the items to you and the shipping fee is Freight Collect/ will be collected upon delivery goods. You may also give us your preferred courier.

Do you install?

We do not provide free installation. However, we have partner electricians who we can refer if you want the lighting to be installed. Please note that rates may vary. We can give you a quote or you may discuss it with the electrician.

Please read the installation guidelines:

INSTALLATION (WITHIN CENTRAL METRO MANILA ONLY).

  • The rates may vary depending on the size of the chandelier/height of the ceiling.
  • Please take note that a ladder or scaffolding for a high ceiling must be provided.
  • Please advise us in advance if your ceiling is above 10 feet or 3.0 meters.
  • Make sure that the area is ready for installation especially the ceiling support and available electrical wiring.
The item I received is damaged, can I have it replaced?

Yes, of course! Kindly advise us within 7 DAYS upon receipt of your order for any defects, damages, or missing parts. Kindly attach your receipt/ proof of purchase.

The item must be unused and in the same condition that you have received it. It should be given back using the original packaging we have used.

Do you offer a warranty for your items?

Our Lighting and Bathroom Fixtures have a warranty of 6 months. You may contact support@homequartersinc.com.

Disclaimer: Discoloration, Breakage, and mishandling of items are not covered by the warranty as fixtures are guaranteed rustproof and durable.

Where is your physical store?

We are currently online-based. However, we will soon open our doors by appointment.

We are open: 8:30am to 5:00pm – Mondays to Friday
                      8:30am to 4:00pm – Saturday

We are closed on Sundays and selected holidays.
