DELIVERY

Shipping Options:
Central Metro Manila (excluding Alabang, Las Pinas, Paranaque, Novaliches, Antipolo, and Marikina): The delivery charge is P800. For small items, we can arrange Lalamove / Grab delivery to reduce the shipping cost. You may also opt to pick up your orders upon arrival or book your own rider.
Provincial: We have our partner courier to ship the items to you and the shipping fee is Freight Collect/ will be collected upon delivery goods. You may also give us your preferred courier.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
LIGHTLY dust off the fixture using a microfiber, feather duster, or dry cloth. Rough strokes may cause hairline scratches on the surface.
NO NEED to add water and other liquid agents. Strong cleaning solutions may cause the metal to tarnish and change its color.
WARRANTY AND REPLACEMENT
Our lighting and bathroom fixtures have a 6 months warranty. Kindly report to homequartersph@gmail.com any defect, damage, or missing parts within 7 DAYS upon receipt of the package. Kindly attach your proof of payment/ receipt.
The item must be unused and in the same condition you have received it. It must be given back using the same packaging we have used.
